1.1. Protecting your personal data is very important to us, therefore we make sure you feel safe when entrusting us with your data, by providing the best level of protection in accordance with the applicable law.
1.3. Your personal data collected by us are administered by Selsey Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Wroclaw, Stargardzka 2a Street (hereinafter referred to as Administrator).
1.4. In order to implement the statutory requirements, the Administrator selects and applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure protection of the data against disclosure to unauthorized persons as well as against its processing in violation of applicable law.
2. Legal basis for data processing
2.1. All personal data is collected by Selsey on a voluntary basis.
2.3. The basis for the processing of your e-mail address and / or telephone number in order to send commercial information, including newsletters, is Art. 6 par. 1 letter a of GDPR, i.e. your explicit consent provided by the appropriate function buttons placed on our store’s website.
2.5. Moreover, personal data provided by you voluntarily and collected by us automatically while visiting our website, is processed in accordance with Article. 6 par. 1 letter f of GDPR i.e. on the basis of legally justified purposes carried out by the Administrator, in particular for direct marketing of the Administrator's products or services, as well as to optimize, improve and personalize the functions of our store and to create statistics. We assure you that such processing does not affect your rights or freedom.
2.6. If you provide a separate consent, personal data (e-mail address, telephone number) may be processed for the purpose of sending commercial and marketing messages, e.g to your e-mail address provided in the registration process via the newsletter. Therefore, you have the right at any time to request that we stop sending commercial information to you electronically.
2.7. Data collected for purposes related to registration will be processed until the account is deleted (which results in termination of the contract for the provision of electronic services).
2.8. Data processed in relation to placed orders and purchase contracts will be kept during the period of limitation of claims under the sale contracts. Due to tax and accounting obligations, some of this personal data will be kept for the period of 6 years from the date of execution of individual sales contracts.
2.9. Data collected for the purpose of sending commercial and marketing messages (to an e-mail address) will be processed until the relevant approvals are withdrawn.
2.10. The information necessary to handle the complaint will be processed until the entitlements in this respect expire.
2.11. Personal data for purposes of contact will be processed during the period of validity of this contact, and later will be archived for the period of 3 years from the date of termination of contact, which is justified by the need to access such recorded contact instances in relation to the possible claims.
3. The purpose and scope of data collection and data recipients
3.1. We take special care to protect your interests and the data we collect are processed in accordance with the terms described in GDPR (Art. 5 of GDPR), i.e:
- in accordance with the law, reliably and transparently for the data subject ("compliance with the law, reliability and transparency");
- for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and not processed further in a way incompatible with these purposes ("purpose limitation");
- adequately, appropriately and confined to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed ("data minimalization");
- correctly, and if necessary, personal data is updated ("regularity");
- in a manner that ensures adequate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction or damage, by appropriate technical or organizational measures ("integrity and confidentiality”).
3.2. Possible purposes of collecting Customer's personal data by the Administrator:
- placing orders,
- concluding and implementing the contract,
- settling the sales, resolving possible complaints and archiving,
- current contact related to orders placed or contracts concluded,
- carrying out marketing activities related to Selsey's products and services,
- as a result of a separate consent
- sending marketing communications when we have your permission, or when permitted by law.
3.3. The possible recipients of your personal data (except for our employees and entities authorized under the generally applicable laws) are:
- selected carriers or intermediaries carrying out shipments,
- selected entities servicing electronic payments in our store,
- companies providing IT, accounting, billing, HR and Marketing services, acting only on our written command, under the terms defined by us.
3.4. We share your personal data only with entities from the area of the European Economic Area (EEA) and, in case of some functionalites of our website, with those who have joined the EU-US Privacy Shield Agreement and have an appropriate accession certificate. 4. How do we collect personal data:
4.1. When you visit our website, we automatically collect IT data regarding your visit, in particular:
- IP address
- your browsing history of the content you have visited on our sites
- details of your devices, for example, tyoe of your operating system or browsers used to access our content.
4.2. The collection of other data takes place voluntarily, in another way, eg via the order form, e-mail address, subscription to the Newsletter.
5. Collecting personal data in an automatic manner, profiling included.
5.1.1. When you are visiting our store, some of your personal data are collected automatically, by means of the so-called cookie files (Cookies). They are used to make the visit on our website more friendly, more effective and safer for you and to speed up the navigation on our website. Cookies are small text files that are placed on the user's end device. Some of the cookies we use (so-called session cookies) are deleted after the end of the browsing session, i.e. after closing the browser. Other cookies remain on the end device and enable us or our partners to re-recognize your browser next time you visit our websites (so- called permanent cookies).
5.1.2. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
- enabling adding products to the cart and managing the cart during the shopping session;
- recognizing your IP during the next visit to our store, to preserve your preferred settings in the cart (payment method, delivery method, etc.);
- language settings;
- better adaptation of the website to your needs.
5.1.3. Making purchases via the shopping cart function on our website requires the use of "session" and "permanent" cookies. Limiting the use of these files may affect some of the functionalities available in our store. The "session cookies" do not remain on your end device, when you leave the session they are automatically deleted. Thanks to the information they carry, we can analyze information on the user’s behaviour on the site and the structure of the page. This allows us to continuously optimize the content of our store and improve its the site’s usability. "Permanent cookies” are stored for the time specified in the file parameters, unless you delete them automatically. After that time, they are automatically deleted. Removal of "permanent" cookie is possible provided that the browser you use gives such opportunity.

5.2. Tracking Pixel
5.2.1. The tracking pixel (or web bug) technology performs similar tasks as cookies, but it is invisible to the user. We use tracking pixels as part of store functions to measure user behaviour on the website and to control offers as part of remarketing.
5.2.2. Such data is anonymous and is not linked to the personal data on your computer or database.

5.4.1. We use Google Analytics - a tool for analyzing website statistics developed by Google.

5.5 Google AdWords
5.5.1. Our website also uses the free conversion tracking feature available in Google AdWords.
5.5.2. Whenever a user clicks on an ad, Google places a cookie on their computer; it expires after 30 days.
5.5.3. If you do not want to use the tracking service, you can decline having the cookies saved by changing the browser settings to disable the option of automatic cookie handling.
